It happens to us all, sometimes we just forget what our password is... although your CEWA password is extra important because it logs you in to both your Office 365 and SEQTA Learn so naturally forgetting this password is a little more stressful! But don't worry, before you jump on the phone to the IT Help Desk, it's worth checking whether or not you have the password saved in your web browser...
Do you use Google Chrome? Try this...
1. Click on the three dots at the top right of the screen > Select Settings
2. Select Passwords
3. Find an entry with "Cewa" or "SEQTA" mentioned > Select the view icon (eye icon) beside the entry to view the saved password. You may be asked to enter your laptop login password for security purposes.
4. Try the password in Office 365 or SEQTA Learn and see if it works.
Do you use Microsoft Edge? Try this...
1. Click on the three dots at the top right hand corner of the screen > Select Settings
2. Select Passwords & Autofill from the left hand menu > Select Manage passwords
3. Find an entry with "Cewa" or "SEQTA" mentioned > Select Show Password beside the entry to view the saved password. You may be asked to enter your laptop login password for security purposes.
4. Try the password in Office 365 or SEQTA Learn and see if it works.
Do you use Safari? Try this...
1. Go to Preferences from the Safari window
2. Click on the Passwords tab
3. Find an entry with "Cewa" or "SEQTA" mentioned > Double-click on the password field to view the saved password. You will be prompted to enter your Macbook login password.
4. Try the password in Office 365 or SEQTA Learn and see if it works.
